Data Entry Executive

About the role

Noorka Logistics is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Executive to support its operations team in Dubai. The role focuses on accurate and timely entry of logistics, shipment, inventory and customer data, ensuring smooth information flow across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update and maintain data in ERP systems, databases and spreadsheets.
• Verify information for accuracy before posting.
• Maintain logistics, shipment, inventory and customer records with high precision.
• Review documents, resolve discrepancies and prepare reports for management.
• Scan, organize and archive digital and physical documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and administration teams to ensure correct data flow.
• Retrieve information from databases and generate reports on request.
• Uphold confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, office administration or a similar role.
• Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• Experience with ERP systems (or warehouse management software)
