Data Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Data Manager to join our Dubai office. The role involves managing, organizing, maintaining and analysing company data to ensure accuracy, integrity and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company databases, records and data systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness and confidentiality.
• Handle data entry, validation, reconciliation and regular updates.
• Generate and maintain accurate reports and dashboards for management.
• Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Organise large volumes of data efficiently.
• Coordinate with departments to collect, verify and consolidate information.
• Troubleshoot data‑related issues and liaise with technical teams when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics or related field.
• Proven experience in data management or data administration.
• Hands‑on familiarity with A1 Systems (mandatory).
• Previous experience in the UAE/GCC market is an advantage.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – formulas, PivotTables and reporting.
• Experience with databases and data‑management systems.
• Hands‑on knowledge of A1 Systems.
