Data Processing Specialist

About the role

The Data Processing Specialist ensures client deliverables are coded, validated, and delivered accurately and on time. You will work across multiple product categories such as Beverages, Food, and Health & Beauty, supporting a multicultural, virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for commercial queries, coordinating resolution with clients and internal teams.
• Plan and execute a complex daily workload to meet departmental and company schedules.
• Analyze gaps in coding, data input validation, and client instruction processes, driving improvements and tool convergence.
• Provide accurate feedback to country teams, promoting SOPs and best practices.
• Collaborate with Operations and Enablement teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Operate effectively in a virtual, multicultural setting, liaising with stakeholders worldwide.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related IT field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in operational or data‑focused roles.
• Strong organizational abilities, high accuracy, and proactive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
