Datacenter Key Accounts and Specification Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Datacenter Key Accounts and Specification Manager – UAE to join our dynamic team. The role is responsible for managing client accounts, developing specifications, and positioning Legrand datacenter solutions in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with datacenter owners, operators, consultants and specifiers.
• Drive inclusion of Legrand solutions in design specifications by engaging consultants and securing vendor approvals.
• Identify and pursue new datacenter projects through market intelligence and business development activities.
• Deliver technical presentations, provide design assistance and organise training for consultants, contractors and end‑users.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support project execution and convert specifications into orders.
• Maintain accurate account, project and specification data in Salesforce.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in account management and specification development within the UAE datacenter segment.
• Knowledge of datacenter standards such as Uptime and TIA‑942.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of datacenter infrastructure, power distribution, cooling and connectivity.
• Expert knowledge of AutoCAD for design work.
• Proficiency with Salesforce for CRM and pipeline management.
• Consultative selling and ability to influence decision‑makers.
