Datacenter Security Operations Manager

About the role

Microsoft is looking for a Datacenter Security Operations Manager to lead physical security operations for its data centre facilities in the Dubai region. You will join the Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) team, working onsite at a designated datacenter to protect personnel, infrastructure, data and confidential information that underpin Microsoft Cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and enforce physical security policies and procedures across assigned datacenters.
• Coordinate with Microsoft’s security‑guard vendor to ensure resources and information meet internal and customer security requirements.
• Detect, analyse and escalate security threats, alerts or risks, and support critical incident response.
• Conduct risk and root‑cause analysis, communicating findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and lead strategies to mitigate site‑specific security disruptions, including life‑safety and business‑continuity risks.

Required profile

• Located in the Dubai region and able to work onsite at a Microsoft datacenter.
• Proven experience managing physical security operations in large‑scale facilities.
• Strong collaboration skills with vendor security teams and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities for risk analysis and incident documentation.
