Dealer Relationship Executive – Auctions (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Dealer Relationship Executive to manage and market our auction‑related dealer network in Dubai. The role focuses on building strong relationships with dealers, driving sales volume, and ensuring high‑quality service across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, providing industry‑leading customer service.
• Manage assigned dealer accounts to meet quality, pricing and volume targets.
• Log dealer visits, gather feedback and ensure weekly engagement.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain desired profit margins.
• Ensure at least 95% bidding activity and keep all dealers active on the platform.
• Negotiate contracts to secure the best margins for the company.
• Update internal systems promptly and accurately.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3‑5 years experience in new or used vehicle sales, purchases or management.
• Valid UAE driver’s license.
• Deep knowledge of the GCC used‑car market and vehicle specifications.
• Analytical mindset with strong segmentation and KPI‑driven focus.
• Excellent negotiation, marketing and sales abilities.
• Professional presentation, ambitious attitude and team‑player spirit.
