Demand Analytics PMO Analyst

About the role

The Demand Analytics PMO role focuses on analysing the demand pipeline across market units, delivering data‑driven insights and supporting strategic demand reviews. You will work closely with Regional Demand Managers and PMOs to improve reporting processes and identify growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse pipeline creation, health, movement, coverage, progression, conversion and quality across market units and demand sources.
• Build and maintain pipeline performance reports, identifying trends, gaps, risks, anomalies and opportunities.
• Provide actionable data‑driven insights to the Regional Demand Manager.
• Support monthly demand reviews, strategic presentations and demand programmes.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of recurring reports and analysis.
• Partner with market units, demand managers and PMOs to identify growth opportunities.
• Improve and automate reporting and analytics processes.

Required profile

• Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills.
• Experience analysing large datasets and identifying performance drivers.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent English communication and attention to detail.
