Demand Manager

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a Demand Manager to lead revenue optimization through precise demand forecasting and strategic analysis. You will work from our Abu Dhabi hub, collaborating with commercial, network planning, sales, marketing and loyalty teams to meet network PRASK targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly revenue targets by delivering accurate demand forecasts across class, departure time, day of week, origin and destination.
• Manage peak periods and special events to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Track performance metrics, conduct regular reviews and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Ensure alignment of pricing and revenue strategies with overall business objectives.
• Utilize revenue management software and reporting tools to support decision‑making.
• Identify and implement process improvements for continuous revenue growth.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent analytical experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a numerate, analytical role, preferably within aviation.
• Strong familiarity with airline systems and revenue management concepts.
