About the role
As a Demand Planner for the Faces division, you will drive sales and profitability by managing inventory, forecasting demand and supporting merchandise strategies within Chalhoub Group’s luxury retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development of sales plans and open‑to‑buy (OTB) in partnership with Buying, Finance, Retail and e‑commerce teams.
- Maintain monthly sales and stock intake plans to optimise inventory levels and maximise margin.
- Own forecasting and re‑forecasting activities, analysing sales performance and market trends to adjust plans.
- Conduct margin analysis under supervision to identify profitability improvements and flag risks.
- Collaborate with Buying and Trade teams to execute seasonal markdown strategies, balancing sales, gross margin and inventory ageing.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Good understanding of data analytics, market trends and consumer behaviour.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with buying, finance, retail and e‑commerce stakeholders.
