Demand Planner – Private Label

About the role

Mumzworld is seeking a Demand Planner to design and own the forecasting and inventory planning process for its Private Label portfolio. You will build the function from the ground up, ensuring the right products are available at the right time while minimizing excess stock.

Key responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts for Private Label SKUs across categories, seasons, promotions and new launches.
• Manage the full replenishment cycle, including purchase orders, lead times, minimum order quantities and safety stock.
• Monitor aged and excess inventory to protect margin and working capital.
• Coordinate with category, sourcing and production teams to plan launch timelines and avoid stock‑outs.
• Introduce forecasting tools and scenario‑modelling to replace manual spreadsheets.
• Set up dashboards and a regular S&OP cadence to provide visibility across supply and demand.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management or S&OP.
• Background in private label, FMCG, retail or e‑commerce environments.
• Proven ability to build a planning process from scratch.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
