Demi Chef de Partie – All Day Dining

About the role

The Demi Chef de Partie will work in the All‑Day Dining restaurant of InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa. You will support the Chef de Partie in delivering high‑volume breakfast, lunch and dinner services while maintaining the brand’s quality and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute dishes according to approved recipes, service timings and presentation standards.
• Assist the Chef de Partie with mise en place planning, stock rotation and waste minimisation.
• Monitor food quality, portion control and consistency across live cooking and buffet stations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and hygiene of your section at all times.
• Support junior kitchen colleagues and coordinate with other sections of the All‑Day Dining operation.

Required profile

• Experience in a high‑volume hotel or resort kitchen, preferably in an All‑Day Dining environment.
• Ability to work under pressure while delivering consistent food quality.
• Strong understanding of food safety, health and hygiene regulations.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a willingness to support colleagues.
