Demi Chef de Partie – Arabic Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join our Arabic restaurant team in Dubai. You will work in a fast‑paced kitchen, preparing high‑quality dishes while supporting senior chefs and maintaining our culinary standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients – portion, chop, wash, peel, weigh, measure and mix according to recipes.
• Cook and assemble dishes, ensuring taste, presentation and food‑safety standards are met.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers safely and efficiently.
• Monitor food quality, test doneness and adjust cooking times as needed.
• Set up and break down work stations, maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, tools and equipment.
• Check and record temperature of appliances and food items.
• Follow all company safety, security and hygiene policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant kitchen or food‑preparation experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lb and perform repetitive motions for an entire shift.
• No supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• Operation of ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers.
• Food preparation and portion control.
• Basic food‑safety and hygiene practices.
