Demi Chef de Partie

About the role

AlphaMind Group’s Café KIRA is launching a new concept in Dubai and seeks a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join the culinary team. The role supports the Chef de Partie in a high‑volume kitchen, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to KIRA’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie in daily operations of the assigned kitchen section, including mise en place and service readiness.
• Maintain consistency in food preparation, presentation, portion control, and compliance with recipes, SOPs, and HACCP regulations.
• Supervise and train Commis Chefs, fostering teamwork and operational efficiency.
• Monitor stock rotation, minimize waste, and keep the kitchen organized and hygienic.
• Support pre‑opening activities such as kitchen setup, recipe implementation, and staff training.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a premium, high‑volume or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and a proactive attitude toward learning and development.
