About the role

The St. Regis Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join its award‑winning culinary team. Working in a high‑end hotel kitchen, you will support the Chef de Partie, ensure consistent quality, and help deliver the exceptional dining experiences expected by our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full knowledge of menu items, recipes, production methods and presentation standards.
• Coordinate closely with all kitchen sections to guarantee smooth and efficient service.
• Assume Chef de Partie duties during their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
• Lead, mentor and support junior kitchen staff.
• Collect daily data, report issues promptly, and review production sheets with senior chefs.
• Prepare dishes and, when required, delegate tasks to team members.
