Demi Chef de Partie – Luxury Hotel Kitchen Role

About the role

We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, a luxury hotel delivering authentic Turkish hospitality. The role supports the smooth operation of the hotel’s dining venues and contributes to a high‑standard guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the kitchen department, ensuring all guest dining experiences meet the hotel’s high standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maximize guest satisfaction and respond promptly to enquiries and issues.
• Take ownership of assigned duties, completing tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in achieving departmental plans, cost control, inventory management and productivity targets.
• Maintain compliance with legislation and internal audit requirements.

Required profile

• Kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Hands‑on, can‑do attitude with a strong commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Ability to devise creative solutions and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Personal integrity and ability to work in a demanding environment.
• Experience using IT systems on various platforms.
• Strong communication skills.
