Join Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort as a Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry, working within a world‑class hotel kitchen that blends Thai hospitality with luxury service. You will help deliver high‑quality pastry experiences for guests while supporting the restaurant’s concept development and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all activities within the restaurant kitchen, ensuring safe, smooth and profitable operations in line with hotel standards.
• Support the development and maintenance of restaurant concepts and culinary standards.
• Be familiar with the local market and suppliers to source quality ingredients.
• Recommend menu changes based on seasonal product availability.
• Adhere to Anantara food preparation and presentation guidelines to guarantee consistent, high‑quality pastry offerings.
• Continuously suggest improvements and additions to presentation guidelines.
• Maintain food safety and protection, ensuring proper dating, storage, rotation and handling techniques.
• Uphold basic food safety and sanitation practices throughout the kitchen.
• Maintain outlet safety at all times and manage assets and facilities responsibly.
• Participate in departmental training to raise service levels and share knowledge with team members.
• Promote positive inter‑departmental relations through clear communication and cooperation.
• Oversee adherence to departmental checklists, cleaning schedules and maintain sanitized food preparation areas.
