Demi Chef De Partie With Sushi Experience

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Demi Chef de Partie with solid sushi experience to join the culinary team at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will work in a high‑end hotel kitchen, supporting the Chef de Partie and ensuring the sushi station runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present sushi and other menu items to the hotel’s exacting standards.
• Maintain knowledge of all recipes, production methods and plating guidelines.
• Coordinate closely with other kitchen sections to guarantee seamless service.
• Step in as Chef de Partie during their absence, overseeing the station and staff.
• Assist junior team members, providing guidance and training.
• Collect daily production data, report issues and review production sheets with senior chefs.
