Demo and Delivery Specialist

About the role

The Demo and Delivery Specialist coordinates between customers and internal departments to ensure a smooth vehicle handover while delivering the highest level of customer service in line with Al Tayer Group’s sales policies.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the PDI department to confirm vehicle readiness and schedule handover appointments with the sales team.
• Prepare a Vehicle Configuration Record before each delivery.
• Notify customers of any delays, changes, or specifications to guarantee a seamless handover.
• Conduct vehicle handovers outside the company when required, maintaining consistent service standards.
• Explain vehicle features, innovations, and accessories to new owners to enhance their experience.
• Introduce customers to the service department and discuss available extras, accessories, and warranties.
• Coordinate registration processes with sales advisors and logistics for recoveries.
• Maintain accurate delivery status records and submit daily delivery reports to the line manager.
• Complete and archive all delivery documentation, including checklists, delivery notes, and warranty paperwork.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline or an automotive vocational qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer‑service environment.

Required skills

• Automobile sales knowledge.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.
