Demo & Delivery Specialist

About the role

The Demo & Delivery Specialist coordinates vehicle handovers between customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless delivery experience while upholding Al Tayer Motors' service standards. The role involves scheduling appointments, preparing documentation, and providing customers with detailed vehicle information.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the PDI and sales departments to schedule handover appointments.
• Prepare Vehicle Configuration Records and all delivery documentation.
• Communicate with customers about any delays, specification changes, and available extras.
• Conduct vehicle handovers both on‑site and off‑site while maintaining high service quality.
• Introduce customers to the service department and coordinate registration and logistics.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and submit daily status reports to the line manager.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline or an automotive vocational qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑service environment.
• Good knowledge of automobile sales and vehicle features.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
