Dentist – Medical Clinic

About the role

Emirates is seeking a qualified Dentist to join its medical clinic in Dubai. You will provide high‑quality dental care to staff and dependents, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance with international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence‑based dental treatment across general and advanced restorative procedures.
• Develop preventive health‑education strategies for patients.
• Supervise Dental Hygienists and Dental Nurses, prescribe treatments and audit their work.
• Assess, plan and treat complex cases, referring to external specialists when needed.
• Maintain strict compliance with regulations on ionising radiation, infection control, hazardous materials and health‑and‑safety.
• Collaborate with internal and external medical specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Contribute to research, equipment sourcing and continuous improvement of clinic services.

Required profile

• Qualified dentist with full licensure in Dubai (or equivalent overseas).
• Demonstrated mastery of clinical and advanced restorative dentistry.
• Commitment to annual CPD requirements and ongoing professional development.
• Experience supervising dental support staff and managing clinical quality.
• Knowledge of aviation‑related dental regulations is advantageous.
