Deputy Boutique Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are looking for a Deputy Boutique Manager to support the Boutique Director of Chanel’s two fashion boutiques located in Dubai Duty Free Airport. The role combines leadership, strategic partnership and operational oversight to ensure the brand’s luxury experience is consistently delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers, ensuring they understand and execute Chanel’s strategic objectives.
• Coach, mentor and provide regular feedback to managers, fostering a psychologically safe environment that encourages learning and high performance.
• Act as the strategic partner to the Boutique Director on key projects, decision‑making and strategy implementation.
• Represent the Boutique Director in their absence and maintain strong relationships within the retail community for competitor insight.
• Safeguard Chanel’s brand equity in all decisions and actions.
• Drive the business to deliver an exceptional luxury client experience across both boutiques.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or similar high‑end environment.
• Strong business acumen with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and people‑development skills.
• Ability to act as a strategic partner and manage key projects.
• Commitment to upholding brand standards and delivering superior client service.
