Deputy Manager Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

RAK Ceramics is looking for a detail‑oriented Deputy Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis to join its Finance & Accounts team at the corporate office in Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on financial planning, consolidated reporting, cost analysis and supporting strategic finance initiatives for the RAK Porcelain business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly consolidated financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in line with IFRS.
• Support month‑end closing, including P&L, Balance Sheet, MIS packs and consolidation within agreed timelines.
• Oversee monthly management reporting and financial consolidation for foreign subsidiaries.
• Conduct factory cost runs, variance analysis and COGS reviews for manufacturing units.
• Analyse gross profit percentages, price, volume and mix variances against budget and prior year.
• Assist with M&A analysis, acquisition target valuation, Capex evaluation and forex reporting.
• Drive system optimisation and automation initiatives in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work closely with senior management and present data at ExCom/Board level.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
