Deputy Manager – Human Resources

About the role

Aster Clinics is seeking a Deputy Manager – Human Resources to partner with the Clinics vertical across the UAE. The role focuses on driving employee engagement, supporting strategic HR initiatives, and ensuring a positive workplace culture aligned with the brand promise ‘We’ll Treat You Well’.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and monitor employee engagement programs for Aster & Access clinics.
• Manage employee surveys, exit interviews, pulse checks and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain an HR communications calendar in collaboration with functional experts.
• Prepare management updates on performance, disciplinary matters and policy interpretations.
• Support core HR processes such as performance management, engagement surveys, rewards programs, town‑hall events and referral initiatives.
• Lead strategic initiatives including long‑term culture‑building strategies, annual budgeting for engagement activities, and employee recognition programs.
• Analyse HR data trends and implement new processes to keep employees informed about company initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven decision‑making ability with deep knowledge of employee relations, staffing and training.
• Experience acting as an HR Generalist or Business Partner in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder updates and policy guidance.
