About the role
The Design Coordinator will act as the central link between clients, external consultants and project managers, ensuring that the design intent and all project specifications are faithfully followed from concept to handover.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements and expectations.
- Work closely with external consultants and project managers to verify that design intent is correctly interpreted.
- Monitor project documentation to ensure all specifications are followed throughout the design phase.
- Conduct regular reviews and issue checks to confirm compliance with approved designs.
- Facilitate smooth handover of design deliverables to construction teams.
- Ensure that any design changes are documented and communicated promptly to all parties.
Required profile
- UAE national as specified in the job title.
- Experience in design coordination or related construction projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
