About the role

WSP is looking for an experienced Design Manager to join its Abu Dhabi team. The role focuses on delivering large‑scale infrastructure and master‑planning projects across Abu Dhabi and the wider Middle East.

Key responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary design coordination for major urban, transport and infrastructure developments.
Manage complex design packages, ensuring they meet project standards, timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture and stakeholder teams to integrate design solutions.
Oversee design quality control and compliance with regional regulations.

Required profile

Proven experience managing large infrastructure design projects.
Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Track record of delivering design packages for urban and transport developments.
