Design Manager - Site

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Manager – Site to join our Dubai team. In this pivotal position you will lead the design process for construction projects, ensuring seamless integration of architectural and engineering elements while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the multidisciplinary design team, including architects, engineers and consultants.
• Develop and implement design strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify design compliance and resolve on‑site challenges.
• Review and approve design documents, drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors and clients to meet design goals.
• Implement and maintain quality‑control processes throughout the design phase.
• Analyze complex design issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations and sustainability standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in design management for construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary design teams.
• Strong understanding of local building codes and sustainability principles.
