Design Project Manager

About the role

As a Design Project Manager you will lead project teams to deliver complex construction projects on time and within budget. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to achieve profitable agreements.
• Manage project stakeholders, including contractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, quality and cost to meet budgetary constraints.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed standards and stakeholder requirements at each stage.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures and documentation for planning, scheduling and cost control.
• Identify and resolve issues that impact the project, implementing a robust change‑control system.

Required profile

• BArch, BEng or BSc (Hon) degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 + years post‑graduate experience, including 10 + years in project management.
• In‑depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles.
• Proven experience delivering complex residential, hospitality or similar projects.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Team player with strong leadership capabilities.
