Designer – Arabic Speaker – Dubai

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Designer to join its Dubai office. As the brand guardian, you will uphold the Oliver Wyman visual identity and turn strategic insights into compelling visual solutions across editorial, digital, data‑visualisation and motion‑design projects.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality designs for a variety of media while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with global and local creative teams to develop concepts and deliver projects.
• Support senior designers in project execution and client presentations.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.

Required profile

• Native Arabic speaker with a strong, diverse portfolio.
• Strategic design mindset able to align visual decisions with business objectives and audience needs.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and communicate effectively.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
