About the role
Global Vibe Technologies is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join its IT team in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering day‑to‑day technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth operation of desktop environments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on‑site technical support for desktop systems, applications, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems reported by end users.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and related equipment.
- Assist with basic network‑related issues and ensure connectivity for workstations.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain support logs.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in desktop or IT support (senior‑level, 17 years preferred).
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication and customer‑service skills.
- Availability to work on‑site in Dubai.
