Digital Commerce Strategy Manager – Middle East, Turkey & Central Asia

About the role

The Digital Commerce Strategy Manager for METCA (Middle East, Turkey & Central Asia) will lead the development and acceleration of the hub’s digital commerce growth. Reporting to the Future Growth Strategy Lead, the role works closely with Customer Development, Marketing, Finance, HR and regional teams to translate strategic priorities into market execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the METCA e‑commerce growth strategy aligned with hub priorities and market dynamics.
• Support individual markets in defining e‑commerce growth plans, investment priorities and acceleration initiatives.
• Design and implement the hub’s social commerce strategy, roadmap and go‑to‑market approach.
• Monitor emerging digital and social platforms, business models and partnership opportunities.
• Scale successful pilots and best practices across METCA.
• Increase organizational maturity through capability development and knowledge sharing.
• Own common hub KPI framework and dashboards to track progress.
• Benchmark leading practices across regions, global teams and external industry leaders.

Required profile

• Minimum of 48 months (4 years) of experience in digital commerce, e‑commerce analytics or related fields.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, finance, HR and regional teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
