Digital Marketing and Brand Specialist

About the role

Our client, an award‑winning interior fit‑out and design studio, is looking for a Marketing & Brand Specialist to lead and coordinate its full marketing ecosystem. The role combines strategic planning, brand excellence and hands‑on execution to ensure a consistent, high‑quality brand presence across digital, editorial, PR and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Facebook.
• Coordinate photographers, videographers, designers and external partners.
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging and visual identity, reviewing and approving content before publishing.
• Manage and update website content, including project portfolios and copy.
• Plan and supervise editorial/blog calendars and contributors, ensuring SEO‑friendly structure.
• Draft press releases, manage media relationships and coordinate award submissions.
• Oversee Meta Ads and Google Ads, monitor budgets, ROI and performance metrics.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend optimisations.
• Coordinate exhibitions, launches and industry events, handling timelines and on‑site execution.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury, design or premium sectors.
• Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
• Experience in social media and brand management.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and external collaborators.
• Highly organized and execution‑driven.
• Interest in design, architecture, art or luxury brands.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai.
• Background in PR, media relations or awards.

What we offer

• Salary AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month (based on experience).
