About the role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to manage and grow our affiliate marketing program. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to optimise campaigns and maximise ROI.
Key responsibilities
- Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with affiliates, ensuring high performance and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal production teams to optimise campaign requirements and maximise ROI.
- Recruit new affiliates and partners to expand the network.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitive benchmarks and emerging opportunities.
Required profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Background in Finance, Business Management or Economics is advantageous.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
