Digital Marketing Executive – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a creative and performance‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our fast‑growing mortgage brokerage in Dubai. You will lead 360° digital initiatives, from social media management to paid advertising, SEO, and video marketing, supporting our mission to provide unbiased mortgage advice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube channels.
• Develop and execute content calendars and digital campaigns.
• Produce graphic designs, reels, video edits, and branded creatives.
• Plan, launch, optimise, and report on Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Support SEO strategy through blog creation, keyword research, and on‑page optimisation.
• Curate LinkedIn thought‑leadership content.
• Monitor engagement, lead generation, and campaign performance metrics.
• Collaborate on brand positioning and audience targeting.
• Craft audience‑specific content for expats, investors, and non‑resident clients.
• Assist with WhatsApp marketing funnels and retargeting efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO fundamentals.
• Knowledge of short‑form video trends and reel creation.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe design/video tools.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
