About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising digital campaigns that boost our brand visibility and support business growth within a professional consultancy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms.
• Manage social media accounts and produce engaging content on a regular basis.
• Monitor website performance and support SEO and SEM activities.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Analyse performance metrics and prepare detailed campaign reports.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing projects.
• Conduct market research and track competitor activities.
• Optimise online advertisements to increase lead generation and engagement.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital communication channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or online brand management.
• Strong creativity, communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to analyse data and improve campaign performance.
