Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to drive the online performance of a portfolio of restaurant brands in Dubai. You will plan, execute and optimise paid and organic campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and Snapchat, and translate the results into reservations, covers and delivery orders. The role also blends content writing and design, allowing you to create copy and visual assets that match each brand’s voice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly organic social calendars for Instagram and TikTok, balancing food, people, venue and promotional content.
• Write all campaign copy – ad headlines, social captions, email newsletters, landing pages and Google Business posts – in each brand’s tone.
• Design and adapt static, carousel, story and simple motion‑graphic assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, and prepare creative briefs for larger projects.
• Track weekly and monthly KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, CPA, ROAS, reservations, delivery orders), build dashboards and provide actionable recommendations.
• Maintain and optimise Google Business profiles, menus and listings; manage review platforms and keep website content SEO‑friendly.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end campaign roll‑outs with restaurant operations, chefs and the content team, aligning shoots, launch dates, influencer activity and in‑venue moments.
• Monitor competitor activity and platform trends in Dubai’s F&B scene, proposing new formats and placements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality or lifestyle brands within the UAE/GCC.
• Proven track record in content strategy, copywriting and campaign planning.
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple brands and calendars simultaneously.
