Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive will join Raspberry’s Dubai office to design, launch and optimise digital campaigns that boost brand visibility and generate qualified leads. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with internal teams and clients to ensure consistent messaging across all online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across web, social media and other online platforms.
• Manage social media accounts, create and optimise website and landing‑page content.
• Track performance using web analytics tools and produce regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to align marketing assets with brand standards.
• Support broader marketing initiatives and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Strong marketing knowledge including campaign planning, brand positioning and lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to coordinate stakeholders.
• Experience in social media content planning, channel management and audience engagement.
• Proficiency in creating concise, SEO‑friendly web copy.
• Ability to analyse data, interpret insights and optimise campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing and marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects in an on‑site team environment.
