Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing strategies for the Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai. The role focuses on demand generation, brand‑centric guest experiences and loyalty programmes across the hotel, spa, restaurants and bars.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan and budget aligned with hotel strategic priorities and revenue targets.
• Lead content creation, briefing agencies, and oversee copy‑writing, photo and video production while ensuring brand compliance.
• Activate spa, restaurant and bar offerings in the local market, defining positioning and implementing local events and promotions.
• Act as Brand Champion, collaborating with the General Manager and Director of Marketing to bring the brand to life for guests and staff.
• Coordinate multilingual digital campaigns with ISMR and regional digital field marketing teams.
• Identify and manage marketing partnerships to raise hotel awareness and drive demand.
• Drive loyalty marketing initiatives for UAE members, organizing events and enhancing elite guest experiences.
• Support sales with marketing collateral and tactical promotions for key segments such as groups, weddings and suites.
• Manage social media strategy, online reputation and guest engagement.
• Assist local public relations and promotional activities in partnership with regional PR teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑marketing mix for high‑end leisure brands, preferably in hotel, spa or F&B sectors.
• Strong understanding of hotel, spa and restaurant marketing dynamics.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver brand‑consistent campaigns.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
