Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Dubai team on a contract basis. The role offers hybrid flexibility, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while driving our online presence and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn with a focus on ROAS, CPA and CPC.
• Develop and execute organic social media strategies, including content calendar management, posting, community engagement and growth.
• Maintain and improve the company website through on‑page SEO, content updates and performance tracking.
• Monitor advertising budgets, reallocate spend to high‑performing channels and ensure cost‑effective spend.
• Report on campaign results using clear metrics and translate data insights into continuous improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of managing paid ad budgets and improving ROAS while lowering CPA.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Ability to create engaging social content and make data‑driven decisions.
