Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Fliixa Media Agency is seeking a full‑time Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Abu Dhabi office. The role will plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns across social media, paid advertising and content channels, ensuring brand consistency and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts, creating and maintaining content calendars.
• Set up, monitor and optimise paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google Ads.
• Track performance metrics, analyse web and campaign data, and produce actionable reports.
• Collaborate with creative, content and client‑facing teams to align digital strategies with brand objectives and project timelines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital trends, tools and best practices, proposing new ideas to improve reach, engagement and conversion.

Required profile

• Strong background in social media and online marketing.
• Proven ability to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and client interaction.
• Familiarity with regional market trends in the UAE is a plus.
