About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will enhance the company’s sales performance by managing and expanding its digital presence across all platforms. The role focuses on maintaining a strong online reputation and delivering high‑quality digital content that supports brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an annual digital presence plan in line with the manager’s direction, covering all brand and corporate platforms.
• Identify brand priorities and allocate activities within the approved budget.
• Monitor, measure, and report on digital performance, adjusting tactics to meet objectives.
• Plan and execute SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Maintain and update website and LinkedIn content, improving Google search rankings and analytics.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention through digital and social channels.
• Ensure leads are continuously fed into the CRM system.
• Collaborate with vendors on joint online activities and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Explore new digital opportunities to strengthen the company’s online presence.

Required profile

• UAE national with proven experience in digital marketing.
• Ability to plan, execute, and evaluate digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset for monitoring performance metrics.
• Effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
