Digital Operations Centre Manager

About the role

The Digital Operations Centre Manager leads the Group Digital Operations Centre, overseeing 24x7 monitoring of network, infrastructure and application services. The role ensures incidents are handled efficiently, service management practices are applied consistently, and the centre supports ADNOC’s digital transformation across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and manage staff to guarantee continuous monitoring of digital services.
• Analyse and prioritise potential interruptions, provide technical guidance and root‑cause analysis.
• Schedule shifts, night coverage, travel and vacations to maintain 24x7 coverage.
• Develop and maintain process documentation for Change, Event and Incident Management.
• Build and update standard operating procedures and best‑practice guidelines.
• Assess team capabilities, organise cross‑functional training and ensure a resilient service delivery model.
• Coach, mentor and provide performance feedback to team members.
• Act as the primary contact for Change, Event and Incident Management with other service‑management teams, handling escalations.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in digital operations, IT service management or related fields.
• Proven leadership of large, 24x7 technical teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver root‑cause analyses.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
