Digital Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a product manager who obsesses over the end‑to‑end digital journey, translating customer insight into sharp product decisions, rallying cross‑functional teams and shipping experiences that people love.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and refine the digital experience roadmap, reprioritising as new signals emerge.
• Run customer interviews and usability sessions to surface unmet needs and friction points.
• Write and refine opportunity assessments and problem statements before any solution work begins.
• Attend sprint ceremonies, unblock the team on open questions, and run weekly product updates for leadership.
• Design, launch and interpret A/B experiments with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
• Produce weekly performance summaries and collaborate with data engineering to instrument new features from day one.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–7 years of product management experience, preferably in consumer‑facing digital products.
• Strong data confidence: able to write SQL queries and work with BI tools independently.
• Proven track record of running A/B tests and turning results into product decisions.
• Excellent UX instinct, capable of critiquing wireframes and maintaining a high quality bar.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, scoping problems, defining MVPs and shipping iteratively.
• Experience in real estate, proptech or marketplace platforms is a plus.
