Digital Sales Leader for CISSEE Region

About the role

The Digital Sales Leader will head Visa's CEMEA Digital Sales team, driving a new remote sales coverage model for mid‑market clients across the CISSEE region. Using AI, automation and digital marketing, the role focuses on accelerating growth and delivering measurable business outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a multi‑country team of Digital Sales Representatives, overseeing client portfolios and performance.
• Design and deliver regular training on digital selling, product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, optimise team effectiveness and refine sales plays.
• Act as liaison between DSRs and cross‑functional departments, coordinating joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Utilise reporting tools such as MSD, PowerBI and Tableau to generate actionable insights.
• Introduce new processes, tools and initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.

Required profile

• Proven leadership with at least 8 years of B2B tech or financial services sales experience, including 3 years in a team‑lead capacity.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to use sales data to drive decisions and strategy.
• Deep knowledge of the CISSEE market and ability to craft data‑informed regional strategies.
• Excellent communication skills within a highly matrixed, multi‑layered organisation.
