Digital Solution Architect

About the role

RED TIC is seeking a highly skilled Digital Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative digital platforms. You will shape the technical vision, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive the delivery of scalable, cloud‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, and implement digital solutions that meet complex business requirements.
• Architect scalable, reliable, and cost‑effective systems using cloud platforms, microservices, and modern technologies.
• Develop and communicate a cohesive technical roadmap for digital projects.
• Provide architectural leadership to development teams and enforce best‑practice design and coding standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging digital trends and recommend innovative approaches to improve performance, user experience, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure high levels of quality, security, and performance across all solutions and optimize existing architectures for efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or digital transformation projects.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Required skills

• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• Microservices architecture, APIs, and containerization.
• Modern web and mobile frameworks: React, Angular, Node.js.
• DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Data management, analytics, and artificial intelligence technologies.
