Digital Solutions & Platforms Manager

At CHANEL, we are committed to leveraging digital capabilities, innovation and AI to create meaningful experiences for our clients and teams. We are looking for a Digital Solutions & Platforms Manager to accelerate CHANEL's digital transformation in the Middle East markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the deployment of new digital capabilities, initiatives and innovation pilots using a test‑learn‑measure approach.
• Act as a customer success manager, driving adoption and optimisation of digital platforms across office, wholesale and retail teams.
• Translate business needs into clear use cases, requirements and improvement opportunities for Europe roadmaps.
• Bridge local and Europe teams, managing phased roll‑outs according to market maturity.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects and ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client, employee and business experiences through technology.
• Support Europe’s transformation agenda with a test‑and‑learn mindset and product‑management philosophy.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation, innovation, consulting or digital product management.
• Strong understanding of digital tools, ecosystems, platforms and emerging technologies.
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects involving business and technology stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, curious, solution‑oriented mindset with strong project coordination capabilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and/or French a plus; preferably based in the UAE.
