Digital Story Experience Producer

About the role

We are looking for a creative and technically‑savvy Digital Story Experience Producer to design and deliver immersive, interactive storytelling experiences. You will work at the intersection of narrative, design, and emerging technology to bring characters and worlds to life across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end development of digital storytelling projects, from concept to launch.
• Translate narrative concepts, themes, and characters into interactive experiences with branching narratives, dialogue systems, and audience choices.
• Create production plans, creative briefs, schedules, and milestones, coordinating writers, designers, artists, AI specialists, developers, and sound engineers.
• Collaborate with AI teams to integrate generative and conversational AI, digital characters, and intelligent interactive systems.
• Ensure consistency across narrative, visual language, interaction design, and sound, reviewing scripts, storyboards, prototypes, and character behaviors.
• Work with UX/UI designers to keep experiences intuitive, accessible, and engaging.
• Manage integration of narrative content into websites, applications, virtual worlds, games, or immersive environments.
• Identify risks, resolve creative‑technical challenges, and maintain alignment with the original vision.
• Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate to improve narrative flow and emotional impact.

Required profile

• Minimum BA/MA in Film, Screenwriting, Interactive Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience producing interactive or immersive digital narratives.
• Strong understanding of storytelling principles and digital production pipelines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
