Director, Business Development – Digital Partnerships Enabler

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director to lead Business Development for its Digital Partnerships Enabler segment in the Arabia Division. You will act as the central liaison for key partners, driving growth and adoption of Mastercard’s payment solutions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned PSPs, acquirers and other strategic partners.
• Build and expand a robust partner pipeline, identifying new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned with partner objectives.
• Support partners in optimizing payment acceptance and implementing Mastercard products and value‑added services.
• Collaborate with commercial, product and operations teams to deliver high‑impact results.
• Provide insights, operational guidance and market development support to accelerate partner growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in relationship management and commercial negotiations within the payments ecosystem.
• Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of digital payment trends.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
