Director – Digital & Technology

About the role

The Director – Digital & Technology will lead the three‑horizon digital roadmap for the Abu Dhabi Food Hub (ADFH), shaping smart physical operations, a B2B digital marketplace, and a regional AI‑powered platform. Reporting to the ADFH CEO and working closely with KEZAD Group’s CTO, this senior leader will drive platform strategy, technology vendor relationships, and cross‑functional alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital marketplace product strategy, covering B2B trade enablement, tenant services, and value‑added offerings.
• Lead development of AI‑powered capabilities such as demand forecasting, predictive analytics, and intelligent supply‑chain optimization.
• Establish a data‑architecture foundation to support advanced analytics and future AI initiatives.
• Manage integration with the Abu Dhabi Trade & Logistics Platform (ATLP) and other government systems.
• Oversee Phase I technology system delivery (CRM, ERP, access management) with a July 2026 go‑live target.
• Conduct technology gap assessments, procurement planning, and RFP processes for new platforms.
• Coordinate technology implementation with physical facility readiness for the October 2026 launch.
• Own post‑launch platform evolution, monitoring performance, user adoption, and continuous improvement of tenant experience.
• Build and lead a small digital product team as the platform scales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, product management, or technology strategy.
• 5+ years in senior leadership (VP, Director) with board‑level presentation experience.
• Proven track record of launching digital platforms or marketplaces, preferably B2B.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Required skills
