Director - Fintech Strategy & Market Enablement

About the role

The Director, CEMEA VCS Fintech Strategy, Sales & Market Enablement will shape and execute Visa's regional fintech growth agenda across the CEMEA region, linking ecosystem intelligence, client needs and product capabilities into commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the CEMEA VCS fintech strategy, including target segments, opportunity sizing and execution roadmap.
• Shape the fintech market‑development agenda by maintaining a strategic view of the ecosystem, identifying high‑potential players and emerging business models.
• Support the development of a fintech opportunity pipeline in collaboration with specialist sales teams across B2B payments, embedded finance and related use cases.
• Drive ecosystem engagement with accelerators, incubators, venture networks, banks and technology partners to surface early opportunities.
• Translate fintech propositions into commercial use cases, create GTM plans, enable sales with playbooks and coordinate cross‑functional execution.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in fintech, payments, commercial banking, B2B platforms or related fields.
• Strong commercial payments and B2B fintech expertise, including virtual cards, embedded finance and AP/AR solutions.
• Proven ability to influence across matrixed organizations and drive revenue‑generating market action.
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills.
