Director, Human Resources

About the role

The Director of Human Resources will shape and execute a strategic HR roadmap that aligns with the hotel’s business objectives. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as a strategic partner, driving workforce planning, talent development, and performance metrics to support the property’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive HR strategy in line with corporate goals, optimizing organisational structures and leading change initiatives.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, including senior leadership hires, talent reviews, succession planning and performance management cycles.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and immigration regulations while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Manage manpower planning, departmental budgets, payroll costs, operational expenses and competitive remuneration schemes.
• Leverage HRMS data and Colleague Engagement Surveys to streamline operations and enhance staff welfare.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of management experience within the hospitality industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Strong expertise in UAE Labour Law and Middle‑East market dynamics.

Required skills

• HRMS (Human Resources Management System) proficiency.
